Our People

The team at AccountServe comprises graduates of professional accounting qualifications with the experience in handling accounts of different industries. They are recruited on the basis of depth of accounting training, integrity and dependability. In addition, all officers undergo rigorous in-house technical training and upgrading, as well as on-the-job training. They are led by Angie Lee, Jeffrey Tan and Vina Toh.

Angie Lee, Director

Angie is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 10 years’ hands-on experience in the audit and accounting of growing enterprises and foreign establishments in Singapore. Her forte is in sizing up a client’s accounting needs and tailoring an optimal and cost effective solution for his business. She has walked through this process for various companies from start-ups to established businesses.

Jeffrey Tan, Director

Jeffrey joined the head office of Chio Lim Stone Forest (CLSF) in March 2000 and is currently heading the staffing division encompasing Managed Services, Contract Accountant Services and Temporary/Permanent Placement Services. He started work with Price Waterhouse & Co. in 1974 where he served clients in diverse areas including trading, services, manufacturing, financial institutions, insurance and construction.

Jeffrey has 31 years of experience in the fields of audit, finance and accounting, business development and general management of various local and foreign MNCs. He is experienced in accounting system documentation and implementation, project feasibility studies, project and business financing, financial and operations reviews, provision of financial and non-financial training as well as development and implementation of various financial systems.

Jeffrey’s wide experience gives him the edge with growing businesses. He is able to develop business infrastructure relevant to each stage of business development, from the basic perimeters of financial and operating policy to managing the growing needs of an accounting and finance dept. His high EQ and ability to relate to all levels of people have also enabled him to effectively helped bridge management and staff of client companies on sensitive issues during the companies' crises.

Prior to joining CLSF, Jeffrey was with a leisure and lifestyle corporation responsible for its general management including selection of good business sites and managing the outfits in Chong Qing, Hong Kong and Bangkok.

Vina Toh, General Manager

Vina has more than 10 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll systems and related human resource management activities. She was in charge of the marketing and support for a payroll system for several years, leading a team of qualified installers in systems set-up, interface with clients' accounting systems, training and customer service.

Vina is currently heading the payroll administration department which provides payroll and human resource administration services to more than a thousand employees monthly.
